Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for a highly experienced Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant, to join a successful and leading Asbestos Consultancy, with a portfolio of clients across the public and private sector. You will be working on Industrial and Commercial contracts across the Yorkshire region; providing the full range of asbestos surveying and analytical duties, as well as, using your technical knowledge to liaise with clients on report findings and any follow up works needed. The role would suit those with extensive experience within the industry who are looking to join a growing company, where they can take on more of a lead / consultancy role.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402 / P403 / p404 (or equivalent) qualifications.
” Experienced working on large commercial / industrial contracts (desirable experience)
” Previous / current experience working as a Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant, ideally within a UKAS accredited consultancy. (minimum experience)
” Good client facing / consultancy skills with the ability to use technical knowledge to advise clients on report findings.
” Able to manage own work load.
” Able to use PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

The Role:
” Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys to large Commercial and Industrial contracts across the Yorkshire region.
” Carrying out the full range of analytical services, 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, re-occupation, visual reinspection, and personal air testing.
” Compiling and producing technical survey and air monitoring reports and feeding back findings to clients.
” Acting as lead on site and providing support to trainees.
” Scheduling own work and allowing for report writing days / client meeting.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Providing clients with re-occupation certificates
