Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Enfield, North London.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Analyst through to Lead Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant

A reputable Asbestos Consultancy, who cover Educational, Retail, Leisure, and Commercial sites across the UK, are now in the market for a hard working and enthusiastic Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across the North London / Home Counties region. You will be responsible for carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys alongside 4 stage clearances, personal air testing and re-issuing of occupation certificates to predominantly Commercial / Industrial sites, as well as, providing excellent consultancy and technical support to clients when required.

Applications will be considered from: Harlow, Watford, St Albans, Hatfield, Hertford, Ware, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, Bishop Stortford, Hitchin, Bletchley, Aylesbury.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will possess the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) equivalent.
” Previous hands-on experience for an Asbestos Consultancy would be beneficial to the role. (Minimum)
” Will be experience in working on various Commercial, Industrial and Public sector sites.
” Using your technical knowledge to provide clients with support and advice on report findings.
” Able to manage workload efficiently.
” Confident in using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
” Working across Commercial / Industrial sites, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Carrying out the full range of analytical duties e.g. 4stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, personal air testing and visual re-inspections.
” Providing clients with detailed reports, using information gathered from site.
” Providing clients with excellent technical support and advice when needed.
” Managing own workload, scheduling work efficiently, making time for writing reports and meeting clients on site.
” Providing support and supervising trainees on site.
” Producing re-occupation certificated for clients.
