Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos / Surveyor Through to Lead Asbestos Consultant.

An employee focused and expanding UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, are now seeking an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover across Yorkshire and the North West. You will be working across a Commercial, Healthcare and Education contracts, carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG guidelines. For this role, the successful applicant must be willing to travel / stay away in line with client / company needs.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) is essential to the role.
” Experience working for a UKAS accredited consultancy, working as a dual surveyor / analyst would be beneficial to the role.
” Knowledge and experience carrying out asbestos work to HSG Legislation.
” Must hold a full driving licence and will be happy to travel / stay away within the role.
” Will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
” Able to work well independently and as a team.

Working across predominately commercial sites, you will be carrying out a range of asbestos management services including:
” Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Carrying out 4 Stage Clearances.
” Undertaking air testing duties including, Smoke, Leak, Background, and Personal air testing.
” Visual re-inspections.
” Producing Re-occupation certificates for clients.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER system, collecting information from site to produce detailed reports.
” Carrying out all work in line with HSG Guidelines.
” Continuing to build professional relationships with clients.
