Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading and customer focused Asbestos Consultancy who provide the full range of Asbestos management services. They now have an opening for a Dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their dedicated and longstanding team. You will be working on MOD, Industrial, Commercial, and Leisure sites carrying out personal air monitoring, visual re-inspections, and management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally be a dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404. (or RSPH equivalent)
” Previous / Current experience working for a UKAS accredited company (Beneficial)
” Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.

The Role:
” Working in line with HSG 248 undertaking 4 stage clearances.
” Carrying out smoke, leak, background, re-occupation and personal air monitoring.
” Undertake visual re-inspections and produce certificates of re-occupation.
” Air sampling and fibre counting.
” Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Using industry recognised systems to gather information and produce detailed reports (TEAMS / TRACKER)
” Liaising with clients professionally.
” Producing accurate site drawings.
