Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading Asbestos Consultancy who are driven to provide high quality work to their clients. They are now seeking to employ a dual skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across the North East. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of surveyor / analysts delivering the full range of surveying and analytical services to a varied site base. Consideration will be given to candidate from: South Shields, Tynemouth, Ashington, Morpeth, Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Hexham, Consett, Durham, Peterlee, Hartlepool, Redcar, Darlington, Middlesbrough.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
” Will have experience working for an accredited Asbestos company.
” Excellent knowledge of HSG 248 guidelines.
” Experience using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Able to communicate efficiently.

The Role:
” Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” 4 Stage Clearances.
” Personal, smoke, leak, background, reassurance, and re-occupation air testing.
” Carrying out visual re-inspections upon completion of works.
” Providing clients with re-occupation certificates upon completion of work.
” Using industry recognised systems to produce detailed reports (TEAMS / TRACKER).
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with HSG 248 guidelines.
