Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Asbestos Consultant.

A reputable, multi-discipline Environmental Consultancy with a strong presence in the South West of England are now looking for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Covering Local Authority, Healthcare, Industrial and Educational sites you will be expected to carry out the full range of Surveying and Analytical duties to their long-standing clients across the South West / Hampshire area. This role would suit a candidate working as Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst who is looking to progress into an Asbestos Consultant position.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Trowbridge, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgwater, Minehead, Taunton, Ilminster, Leoville, Shaftesbury, Sailsbury, Andover, Warminser, Chippenham, Swindon, Winchester, Eastleigh, Fareham, Southampton, Basingstoke, Alton, Newbury.

Experience & Qualifications:
” (Minimum) BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Experienced in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Will have experience working for an established Asbestos Consultancy.
” Will have excellent practical knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.
” Professional manner.
The Role:
” Management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on Local Authority, Healthcare, Industrial and Educational sites.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Personal, smoke, leak, background, reassurance, and re-occupation air testing.
” Visual re-inspection upon completion of works.
” Producing certificates of re-occupation to clients.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to gather information from suite and produce detailed reports.
” Liaising with clients in a professional manner, maintaining an excellent rapport.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant HSG guidelines.
