Our client is a leading name within the asbestos industry and provides a wide range of environmental services to national clients. The well-established asbestos consultancy are now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on a mixed portfolio of contracts in and around the Barnet area. Applications from Edgware, Harrow, Enfield, Wembley and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Hold the P402, P403, P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Experience working in a surveyor/analyst role and within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.

Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on a wide range of properties.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on properties including commercial and industrial.
Monitoring contractors on site ensuring that they comply with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
