Job Description

This UKAS accredited consultancy provides a broad range of asbestos and environmental services nationwide. Due to continued success they now need an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Beckenham area. Applications from Lewisham, Bromley, Croydon, Mitcham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold the P402, P403 and P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor/analyst in the asbestos industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Will be fully conversant with asbestos Health and Safety legislation.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring that they carry out the work in accordance with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Producing accurate and concise asbestos reports.
Maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
