Job Description

Due to the continued growth of the business, our client, an independent and fast growing asbestos consultancy with a nationwide presence is actively looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a variety of contracts in the South East region. Applications from Harlow, Chelmsford, London, Romford, and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Must hold the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or equivalent RSPH.
Previous experience of working in this role within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be proficient with Microsoft office package.
Good working knowledge of asbestos Health and Safety legislation/procedures.

Role:

Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation and personal air-testing.
Ensuring asbestos contractors are complying with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Collate and produce accurate asbestos reports.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
