Job Description

Our client is an established and expanding asbestos consultancy with a large presence nationwide. Due to continued success they are now looking for an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Morden area. Consideration will be given to applications from Wimbledon, Sutton, Croydon and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402, P403 and P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience working as a surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry.
Must have good communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.

Key Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site to ensure compliance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Collating and producing asbestos accurate reports.
Maintaining a strong working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
