Job Description

Our established client is a well-known national player, renowned for providing a wide range of professional services to clients across the UK. Due to recent contract wins, they are now looking to recruit a hard-working Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Motherwell area. Consideration will be given to applications from Carluke, Hamilton, East Kilbride, Bellshill and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Must possess the P402, P403, P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Experience in the asbestos industry of surveying, air-monitoring etc.
Possess good communication skills.
A good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures.

Role:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of properties including commercial and industrial.
Oversee contractors on site to ensure compliance with asbestos health & safety legislation.
Collate and produce comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
