Job Description

This well-established name within the asbestos industry is currently looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Taunton rea.
Applications will be considered from Yeoval, Glastonbury, Bridgwater, Tiverton and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing within the asbestos sector.
Excellent communication skills.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Collating and producing comprehensive reports.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.
