Job Description

Our client is an established national asbestos consultancy, which offers a wide range of professional asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of clients. Due to continued success and expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on long-term contracts in and around the Wltham Cross area. Applications from Harlow, Enfield, Hatfield and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must possess the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Experience working in a surveying/analyst role within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

Carrying out Asbestos Management, Demolition/Refurbishment surveys on prestigious commercial and industrial contracts.
Undertake asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Providing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring they comply with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients.
