Job Description

This national asbestos consultancy, who provides specialist advice and services in relation to asbestos and environmental issues, are currently looking to employ an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Blackburn area area. Consideration will be given to applications from Accrington, Ribchester, Darwen, Burnley and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
In-depth knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety regulations.

Role:

Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on various buildings including commercial and industrial.
Collating information and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build & maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with asbestos procedures.
