This well-established and rapidly expanding asbestos UKAS accredited consultancy with a large presence nationwide is now looking to employ an enthusiastic and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor for a variety of contracts in and around the Blackpool area. Undertaking daily tasks such as, producing asbestos reports, undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment/ demolition, and working on a range of domestic, commercial and industrial sites. Consideration will be given to applications from Fleetwood, Lytham St. Annes, Kirkham, Elswick and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 qualification or the RSPH qualification.
Previous experience in a surveying role in the asbestos sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Needs a strong knowledge of asbestos Health & safety procedures.

Principal Role:

Undertake asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a range of properties including domestic, commercial and industrial.
Producing comprehensive and accurate asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a strong professional relationship with clients.
