Position: Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant
Location: King’s Lynn, Norfolk
Salary / Package: £24k – £40k DOE + Company Vehicle, Benefits

Expanding asbestos consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced asbestos surveyor to cover contracts across the East Anglia region. Applicants must hold a recognised asbestos qualification and hands on site experience. You will be joining a successful team of surveyors, delivering the full range of asbestos surveys to wide ranging client base. The client can offer a switched on individual, the chance to grow within the company; managing project and moving long term in to a more PM / Lead role.

Locations: King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Spalding, Peterborough, Cambridge, Thetford, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Bury St Edmonds, Ipswich, Colchester and the surrounding areas.

Experience:
– Industry recognised asbestos surveying qualification e.g. P402 or RSPH
– Hands on surveying experience.
– Strong client / consultancy skills.
– Experience using TEAMS / TRACKER systems
– Full driving license and happy to travel across the East Anglia region.

The Role:
– Carrying out management, demolition & refurbishment asbestos surveys across a mixed portfolio of sites including domestic, local authority, commercial and industrial.
– Carrying asbestos bulk sampling.
– Creating asbestos surveyor reports using PDA and specialised software.
– Conducting site walk-throughs and survey plans.
– Working to HSG 264 guidelines.
– Representing the business in a professional manner at all times.
