Due to present state of the business, this highly successful company with a good presence has an opportunity for a good calibre Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Darlington area and will include applications from Yarm, Richmond, Staindrop, Bishop Auckland and the surrounding areas.

Requisites:

The applicant must possess the P402 qualification or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and at the same time must have significant and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must be well-versed with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial.

Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Liaising with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.

Attributes:

The successful post-holder will be an all-rounder, flexible and have good work ethic and also have the ability to carry out the work effectively and within time line.

Must be flexible with regards to travelling.
