Job Description

Our client is an independent and rapidly expanding asbestos consultancy with a large presence nationwide. Due to current demand they are actively looking to recruit an experienced and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in and around South West London. The ideal applicant will come from a strong asbestos background, will hold the P402 surveying certificate and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Applications will be considered from Mithcam, Leatherhead, Woking, Richmond and the surrounding areas.

Requirements for this role:

Must possess the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience working as an asbestos surveyor.
Good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures/legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on properties including commercial and industrial.
Collate and produce accurate, comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
