Job Description

Our client is a notable and well-regarded asbestos consultancy offering professional advice and support on a wide range of asbestos/environmental disciplines. They are now recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Telford area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong asbestos background and will hold the P402 certificate as well as significant experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site and contract types. Applications from Shrewsbury, Stafford, Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

Holding the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification essential.
Previous experience in asbestos surveying within the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Will be well-versed with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
IT literate including MS Office experience.

Duties within the role:

Asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties, including commercial and Industrial.
Collate and produce comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
