Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a multi-discipline Environmental Consultancy who specialise in providing asbestos services to Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, and Healthcare sites. They are now looking to recruit a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across the South West of England. You will have a proven record working with an established Asbestos Consultancy, providing the full range of surveying / analytical duties in line with HSG guidelines. Our client can offer the successful candidate cross training into other environmental sectors, company vehicle, company pension scheme and excellent salary / holiday allowance.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Weston-Super-Mare, Chippenham, Marlborough, Devizes, Swindon, Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Newport, Cardiff, Bridgend, Barry, Caerphilly, Minehead, Bridgewater, Taunton, Ilminster, Yeovil.

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P403, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
” Extensive experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
” Excellent knowledge of HSG guidelines.
” Will be professional and polite when liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels.
” Familiar using industry relevant systems.

The Role:
” Carrying out smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
” Gathering information and using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
” Attending site to carry out audits when required.
” Providing excellent consultancy advice to clients.
” Ensuring work complies with HSG guidelines.
