Job Title: Health & Safety Sales Consultant
Location: Warrington, North West.
Salary / Benefits £30K – £45K + OTE + Benefits + Company Car / Allowance
Level of Experience: Trainee Health & Safety Sales Consultant through to Lead Health & Safety Sales Consultant

A leading Health & Safety Consultancy is currently seeking a commercial driven Health & Safety Sales Consultant to build upon the success of their Northern Office. The successful candidate will be undertaking a varied sales role which will involve both the processing of contract renewals as well as new business sales. The role will involve a heavy focus on lead generation and conversion and will involve an element of networking, cold calling and upselling on existing contracts. The role would suit a results focused sales consultant, with a good understanding of Health & Safety services and who is comfortable selling within a consultancy setting.

Our client currently services customers across the North West and Yorkshire region and are open to receiving applications with good access to these regions.
Applications will be considered from: St Helens, Wigan, Leigh, Bolton, Bury, Stretford, Stockport, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Chorley, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster, Burnley, Crewe, Chester, Mansfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for an established Health and Safety Consultancy.
” Will come from a strong sales / account managing role within Health and Safety.
” Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
” Proven track record of lead generation.
” Able to organise workload efficiently in line with company needs.
” Will understand relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Proficient in using IT and Internal / External databases.

The Role:
” Generating new business opportunities through a range of methods including; Networking, Cold Calling, scheduling client meetings to discuss services, Upselling on existing contracts and B2B sales.
” Overseeing the renewals process of current clients. Taking responsibility for contract the client for renewal, consulting with clients regarding services need and preparing / finalising final agreements.
” Continuously upselling and promoting the company’s services to new and existing clients.
” Hitting and maintaining KPIs.
” Carrying out effective document control, preparing paperwork for service agreements to be signed by clients.
” Liaising with clients and answering any queries in a timely manner.
” Reporting on a regular basis to Managers / Director.
