Job Description

Our client is a well-established and highly successful water treatment/water hygiene company and they are now looking to employ an experienced Legionella Administrator/Project Co-Ordinator in the Midlands region. Applications from Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Nottingham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

The applicant should have a good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in project co-ordinator role beneficial.

Role:

Planning and scheduling the Engineers daily workload throughout the country.
Collating Legionella Risk assessments
Completing and uploading reports.
Liaising with clients and customers on a regular basis.
Dealing with internal and external databases.
Produce schematic drawings using CAD software.
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Carrying out any other administrative duties as required.
