Job Title: Legionella Business Development Manager
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £60k + OTE + Benefits

Established Water Treatment/ Building Services company with a strong presence north of the river looking to grow organically over the coming years. Now seeking the assistance of an experienced Legionella/ Water Sales Manager/ BDM with a proven track record in the industry. The successful candidate will be switched on and tenacious, able to develop existing business and actively seek out opportunities to sell Risk Assessment, Water Treatment and Plumbing/ Remedial and other Building Services to key clients within Leisure, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical Sectors. The client can offer company car, attractive base salary and competitive bonus/ commission structures.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Aylesbury, Luton, Slough, Oxford, High Wycombe, Reading, Windsor, Bracknell, Working, Guildford, St Albans, Stevenage, Hertford, Cheshunt, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Strong business development / management background, ideally for a Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
” Track record of managing and growing Water Hygiene / Legionella contracts.
” Excellent leadership and communication skills.
” Will be IT literate.
” Excellent organisational skills.

The Role:
” Identifying commercial opportunities within existing contracts and selling further services
” Cross selling services and liaising with sales contacts in other departments
” Sourcing new clients through word of mouth, internet, and cold calling.
” Working to agreed sales targets and forecasting expected growth.
” Attending meetings in line with company needs to discuss contract development and financial aspects of the business.
” Continuing to develop, manage and monitor business forecast and budgeting.
” Continuously achieving company targets and goals.
” Getting involved in sales, commercial and finances in the business.
” Liaising with clients, ensuring to maintain a professional work relationship.
” Ensuring work complies with relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
