Job Title: Legionella Consultant
Location: Coventry, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Consultant through to Lead Legionella Consultant

Profile: Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Legionella / Water Hygiene and we are currently working closely with an established Legionella Consultancy with a good reputation of provided consultancy and water compliance services to Commercial and Industrial sites. Our client is seeking a business minded and motivated Legionella Consultant to work on contracts across the South Midlands area. The successful candidate will ideally hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing and will be able to carry out technical Risk Assessment, ideally on process water systems. Previous experience within a consultancy setting; producing technical reports and advising clients on findings, is desirable but not essential.
Due to the nature of the contracts, the successful candidate must be happy to table within the role. In return for the right candidate, our client can offer the opportunity to work on large industrial contracts and training on Process Water Systems.

The successful candidate will have good access to the M1 / M6 and consideration will also be given to candidates from: Rugby, Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Warwick, Worcestershire, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Huntingdon.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have hands on experience working for an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company.
” Will ideally have a track record of providing consultancy services within the Legionella industry.
” Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessments.
” Be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge, with a good working knowledge of ACoP L8, HTM 0401 and HSG 274 Guidelines.
” Experience working with Cooling towers / Process systems is desirable.

The Role:
” Working on Commercial and Industrial contracts, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both domestic hot / cold systems, as well as complex process systems.
” Working to schematic drawings.
” Producing detailed and technical risk assessing reports for clients.
” Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy and technical advice when needed.
” Identifying upselling opportunities following risk assessment reports.
” Attending site and meetings when required in line with company and client needs.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
” Managing own workload to ensure accurate allocation of time for write up days.
