Job Title: Legionella Report Verifier
Location: Dudley, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £20k – £27k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Report Verifier through to Lead Legionella Report Verifier

Due to continued growth this leading national provider of Asbestos and Legionella services is currently looking for an organised and hard-working Legionella Report Verifier to join their expanding legionella department. The role would suit candidates with previous legionella site experience that are looking to move more into an office based role and use their technical knowledge and experience to verify legionella reports and ensure they comply with current legislation.

Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Kingswinford, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Brierley Hill and Kidderminster.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working in a site based role for a Legionella / Water Treatment company. (desirable)
” At a minimum will hold experience in administration / report checking position.
” Well versed within relevant ACoP L8 / HSG 274 Guidelines.
” Will have a good eye for detail, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
” Must be able to work well under pressure.
” Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ideally experienced in the use of TEAMs.

The Role:
” Typing up and verifying reports received from Engineers / Risk Assessors, ensuring work complies with ACoP L8 / HSG 274 Guidelines.
” Proofreading large volumes of reports, checking technical accuracy before sending to clients within the agreed timeframe.
” Working closely with Managers.
” Inputting data into internal / external databases, ensuring client portals are up to date.
” Carrying out drawings of schematics.
” Supporting Technical Managers when and if need.
” Liaising with clients, dealing with any enquiries, continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
” Organising workload in line with client / company requirements.
