Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Technical Report Administrator through to Lead Water Treatment Technical Report Administrator

Profile: A leading name within the Water Treatment / Legionella industry have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk Assessor who may be looking to cut down on travel and field based work to join their team in the office. You will pull from your time out on site as a Risk Assessor to check reports for assessments ranging in size and complexity, spotting any mistakes or anomalies and making recommendations. The ability to work well under pressure, managing large volumes of data and working to agreed timeframes is essential. The client can offer an attractive salary and benefits package as well as hybrid working.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Ideally have previous time spent as a Legionella Risk Assessor/ Consultant, with an excellent understanding of Water Systems and the associated risk of Legionella.
” Have a good eye for detail and strong working knowledge of ACOP L8/ HSG 274 guidelines.
” Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication / organisational skills.
” Will have strong administrative experience.
” Proficient in using internal and external systems.

The Role:
” Quality checking of Legionella Risk Assessment reports for technical accuracy; liaising with Risk Assessors and correcting anomalies.
” Demonstrating excellent working knowledge of L8/ HSG274 guidelines and ensuring the highest quality of reports.
” Receiving a large volume of reports and working to agreed client timescales/ SLA’s.
” Inputting data onto internal databases and updating client portals.
” Working with clients and field staff to glean further information on client needs and contract requirements.
