Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: An established, multi-discipline Environmental Consultancy with a presence across the UK, are now seeking to recruit a hardworking and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor, based in and around the Leeds area. The successful candidate will hold an industry recognised Legionella Risk Assessment qualification and will have experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold-water systems, alongside complex risk assessments on cooling water systems.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working within the Legionella industry would be beneficial to the role, carrying out risk assessment in line with HTM-0401/ HSG274 / ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
” Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
” Will be proficient in using handheld PDA systems.

The Role:
” Working on Healthcare, Manufacturing, Leisure, Educational sites, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.
” Using handheld PDA to gather information from site to produce site specific reports and liaising with clients about further remedial work to be carried out.
” Carrying out Water sampling and Temperature monitoring.
” Carrying out surveys on water systems.
” Ensuring all onsite logbooks are being kept up to date.
” Continuing to maintain and build excellent working relationships with clients.
