Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £21k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: A well-established Legionella / Water Hygiene company who cover work nationally on Leisure, Local Authority and Leisure sites. They are now seeking to employ a City and Guilds qualified Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Derby Area. The successful candidate will hold extensive experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines and undertaking surveys on water systems.

Applications will be considered from: Nottingham, Long Eaton , Beeston, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Tamworth, Hinkley, Nuneaton, Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Proven track record working within the Legionella industry, working hands on as a Risk Assessor,
” Well versed in relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessments is essential to the role.
” Excellent communication skills, and competent in using PDA / Tablet systems.

The Role:
” Survey on client’s water systems along side legionella risk assessments on both hot and cold-water systems.
” Temperature monitoring, Water sampling,
” Ensuring all onsite logbooks are being kept up to date and using a PDA system to produce detailed reports.
” Ensuring all work is carried out in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
