Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Manchester, North West.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: A leading name within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry working on Industrial, Educational, Healthcare and Public Sector sites have recently gained new contracts and are seeking an experienced Risk Assessor. The ideal candidate will hold previous time spent carrying out assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems, going onto produce bespoke reports, partake in sampling and monitoring regimes and implement relevant measures and control schemes. Alongside an attractive salary the client can offer a company car or van, and the potential to train into more complex process/ cooling risk assessment.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessments.
” Will have experience working for an established Water Hygiene/ Legionella company, ideally working as a Risk Assessor.
” Will have excellent communication and organisational skills; managing their own schedule and liaising with clients.
” Will be confident in using PDA / Tablet systems.
The Role:
” Working on the companies mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance to ACOP L8/ HTM0401/ HSG274.
” Producing detailed schematic drawings, final documents, and reports.
” Providing clients with recommendations for remedial works, routine measures, quotations and pricing.
” Carrying out temperature nonrioting and water sampling.
” Continuing to maintain and build excellent relationships with a large portfolio of clients.
