Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Slough, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £37k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: Our client is a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella Consultancy who provide the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella services to Industrial and Commercial clients. Due to changes in work load they are now seeking to employ a hard working and City and Guilds qualified Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Slough area. The successful candidate will be experienced in carrying out Commercial and Industrial Legionella Risk Assessments in line with eleventh Health and Safety / ACoP L8 Guidelines and will produce detailed report to clients using handheld tablet / PDA systems.

Applications will be considered from: Windsor, Reading, Bracknell, Camberly, Aldershot, Basingstoke, Woking, Guildford, Watford, Newbury, Epsom, Croydon.

Experience & Qualifications:
” At a minimum, candidates will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing.
” Will hold previous / current working within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry for an established company.
” Competent in using PDA / Tablet systems.
” Up to date knowledge of ACoP L8 / HSG/ HTM0401 guidelines.

The Role:
” Working on a mix of Industrial and commercial sites carrying out Legionella risk assessments on both hot and cold-water stems.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8
” Providing detailed advice to clients as well as detailed, site-specific reports.
” Carrying out routine water sampling, temperature monitoring and surveying of water systems.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
