Job Title: Legionella / Water Hygiene Sales Manager.
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £35k – £55k + Commission Scheme + Benefits

Our client is a national provider of Legionella / Water Hygiene management services with a strong presence in the Midlands region. They are now seeking to take on a Legionella / Water Hygiene Sales Manager due to consistent success. You will be overseeing, and managing sales accounts for longstanding Care Home, Healthcare, Educational, Retail, and Leisure clients. This role would suit someone who has extensive hands-on experience within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry, who is familiar with the products and services, you will be confidently promoting services to new and existing clients alongside ensuring targets and KPIs are being met and working closely with the sales / BDM team, providing support and guidance where required. Experience & Qualifications:
” Extensive experience working within a Sales / Management role, ideally within the Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
” Experience working hands on as an engineer within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company would be beneficial to the role.
” Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
” Excellent IT skills.
” Keen eye for detail.
” Working in line with company / client needs.
” Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.
The Role:
” Overseeing and managing the sales / BDM team, ensuring smooth day to day running.
” Meeting KPIs and targets, ensuring consistent growth across all departments.
” Producing financial forecasts regularly.
” Overseeing the sales / BDM team, highlighting areas for improvement, working closely with them to advise on the best strategies.
” Routinely attending meetings with clients to discuss financial aspects of the process, ensuring work is being completed in line with agreed timeframes and dealing with any queries and issues.
” Working closely with internal managers and directors.
” Upselling company services to clients, new and existing.
