Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £48k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Pre-Commissioning Engineer through to Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Profile: Our client, who are specialists within the Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning industry, are now keen to recruit a hardworking and diligent Pre-Commissioning Engineer to work on Commercial, Leisure, Healthcare, Educational and Residential sites across the Midlands region. Candidate will be undertaking a range of pre-commissioning duties, to BSRIA standard, including; chemical cleans on new and existing systems, flushing on primary and secondary systems, and checking flow rates.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Practical knowledge and experience within the Water Treatment / Pre-commissioning industry.
” Up to date knowledge of BSRIA guidelines.
” Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of schematic drawings and site plans.
” Able to communicate efficiently both in written and verbal form.

The Role:
” Working on Commercial, Educational, Leisure, Educational and Healthcare sites, carrying out pre-commissioning cleans on LTHW and CHW systems.
” Sampling of water systems, testing water quality and checking flowrates and velocities.
” Flushing of primary and secondary systems and fan coil units.
” Following site plans and drawings, ensuring all work is completed.
” Carrying all works out in line with BSRIA guidelines. and continuing to build excellent relationships with clients.
” Using PDA system to produce detailed reports and ensuring all onsite logbooks are kept up to date.
