Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry with a strong presence in the North West region. They are now looking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover predominantly Commercial and High Security sites. You will be responsible for carrying out various L8 compliance duties, including: water sampling, temperature monitoring, sampling and flushing of little used outlets. For the successful candidate, our client can offer opportunities for further training and career progression, company vehicle, excellent holiday allowance and enrolment on the company pension scheme.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
” Able to demonstrate practical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Will be familiar with onsite logbooks & excellent IT skills.
” Able to work to strict deadlines.
” Excellent communication skills.
The Role:
” Water sampling & temperature monitoring.
” TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” CWST cleans and chlorination.
” Calorifier flushing.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Carrying out work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
