Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £32k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: We work closely with an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company who hold a strong presence across the UK,working on a range of Commercial and Industrial sites. Due to changes in business needs, they are now seeking to recruit a hard working and self-motivated Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Yorkshire area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella Consultancy, carrying out Water sampling, Temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and CWST cleaning and disinfections.
For the right candidate, our client can offer structured training into more technical water systems.

Applications will be considered from: Bradford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Halifax, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Castleford, Knottingley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold experience working hands on within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry for an established company.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Confidently use PDA / Tablet systems.
” Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
” Able to organise day to day work load efficiently.

The Role:
” Carrying out Temperature monitoring and Water sampling on our clients established Industrial / Commercial sites.
” Carrying out TMV servicing and failsafes.
” Cleaning and disinfection of Showerheads.
” Carrying out cleaning and disinfections of CWST’s.
” Routine flushing of little used outlets.
” Updating onsite log books.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
