Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: London, London.
Salary / Benefits £22K – £34K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Privately owned Water Treatment company with an established presence across the South East, London and M3 Corridor. They are now seeking to employ a hardworking and competent Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the London area. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of the ACOP L8 guidelines alongside time spent carrying PPM sampling and monitoring, cleans and disinfections of water systems, closed system sampling and dosing and TMV servicing. The client in return can offer attractive salary and good benefits, alongside the chance to work within a close knit team.

Client is taking applications from candidates with good access to the M25 and consideration will be given to candidates from: Watford Slough, Windsor, Brentford, Epsom, Working, Redhill, Croydon, Orpington, Dartford, Romford, Epping, Cheshunt, Enfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working within the Water Hygiene industry is essential to the role.
” Excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
” Confidently use PDA / Tablet system.
The Role:
” Cleans and disinfections on CWST’s and down services.
” TMV servicing.
” Carrying out Mains injections.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Carrying out Sampling and monitoring from domestic hot/ cold water systems.
” Carrying out showerhead descales and disinfections.
” Sampling from closed heated/ chilled systems before dosing with inhibitors/ biocides.
” Undertaking Calorifier endoscopy inspections
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Using handheld PDA / Tablet system to produce detailed reports and update on site logbooks.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
