Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer.

Profile: A reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella consultancy who we are working closely with, have an exciting opportunity for a hard working and self-motivated Water Hygiene Engineer to work across Commercial and Public sector sites. Experience in carrying out showerhead descales, temperature monitoring, water sampling and TMV servicing is essential to the role, as well as, having excellent working knowledge of relevant ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Previous / current experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company is essential to the role.
” Will have excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 legislations.
” Experienced in using PDA / Tablet systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills and able to manage workload according to company / client needs.

The Role:
” Cleaning and disinfecting both hot and cold-water systems.
” Carrying out sampling and monitoring on hot and cold-water systems.
” Undertaking TMV Servicing.
” Carrying out showerhead descales.
” Carrying out mains injections and flushing of little used outlets.
” Carrying out calorifier endoscopy inspections.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 legislations.
” Liaising with clients on a regular basis – building and maintaining professional relationships.
