Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Slough, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer though to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Our client is a leading Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company with a strong presence across the Midlands and South of England, working on Healthcare, Hospitality, educational and Leisure sites. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking to recruit a hardworking and experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts across the M4 / Southern Counties area. You will be carrying out showerhead descales, TMV servicing, temperature monitoring, water sampling in line with ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will be experienced working as an Engineer for an established Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Confidently be able to use PDA / Tablet systems.
” Will be able to communicate / organise work load efficiently.
The Role:
” Undertaking cleaning and disinfections on Hot and Cold-water systems.
” Carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” Carrying out showerhead cleaning and descales.
” Undertaking TMV servicing.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Undertaking mains injections.
” Inspections of calorifier endoscopy’s.
” Updating on site log books.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACOp L8 guidelines.
