Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer.

Profile: A national Water Hygiene / Legionella company who work on Commercial and Public sector sites now have an opening for a self-motivated and hard-working Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Milton Keynes area. You will be carrying out showerhead descales, temperature monitoring, water sampling and TMV servicing, working in line with ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines. For the right candidate our client can offer further training into Closed Systems and Cooling Towers.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company, working as a Water Hygiene Engineer is beneficial to the role.
” Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of relevant ACoP L8 / Health and Safey legislations.
” Use of PDA / Tablet systems.
” Will be able to communicate and prioritise work efficiently.

The Role:
” Working on Commercial and Public sector sites carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” Cleans and disinfections on hot and cold-water systems.
” Servicing TMV’s.
” Undertaking showerhead descales.
” Calorifier endoscopy inspections.
” Mains injections and flushing of little used outlets.
” Carrying out failsafe’s.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Continuously building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
” Using PDA / Tablet to produce detailed reports using findings from site.
