Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k- £32k + Training + Benefits

A leading and established Water Hygiene / Legionella company with a strong presence in the North of England are now seeking to employ a Water Hygiene Engineer. You will be covering Healthcare, Commercial, and Industrial site bases, undertaking the full range of water hygiene services such as, TMV servicing and failsafes, flushing of little used outlets and showerhead descales and disinfections and ensuring to work in line with relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wakefield, Keighley, Leeds, Otley, Ilkley, Barnsley, Batley, Ossett, Halifax, Castleford, Pontefract, Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wetherby, York, Harrogate, Ripon, Pickering, Selby, Thirsk, Malton.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Working as an engineer within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry would be beneficial to the role.
” Excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / HSG Guidelines.
” Able to organise workload efficiently.
” Will always have a professional manner and communicate efficiently.
” Will be IT literate, able to use handheld PDA systems.

The Role:
” Undertaking routine temperature monitoring and water sampling across Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare sites.
” TMV servicing and failsafes.
” Showerhead descales and disinfection.
” Cleaning and disinfecting of CWSTs.
” Carrying out all work in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
” Routine flushing of little used outlets.
” Using handheld PDA to gather information from site.
