Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

Our client is an established name in the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry. They are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Water Hygiene Engineer to cover Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Government sites across the Home Counties. This role would suit an engineer who can confidently carry out water sampling, descaling and disinfecting showerheads, TMV servicing and flushing of little used outlets on a mixed site base. In return for your skillset and knowledge, our client can offer a competitive salary / pension / holiday package as well as company van and mobile / tablet.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, St Albans, Hertford, Watford, Bishop’s Stortford, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Braintree, Harlow, Cheshunt.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Extensive experience and knowledge of the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, working for an established company.
” Will have excellent practical knowledge of relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Able to communicate and organise workload efficiently.
” Competent in using handheld PDA systems.

The Role:
” Undertaking tank cleans and disinfections.
” Showerhead disinfections and descales.
” Water sampling.
” Temperature monitoring.
” Flushing of little used outlet.
” Undertaking TMV servicing.
” Ensuring services are being carried out in line with relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Use of handheld PDA system to gather information from site.
