Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Watford, North London.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

Established Water Hygiene / Legionella company with a longstanding team of highly trained engineers. Due to consistent growth within the business, they are now looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer. Covering predominantly Commercial and Healthcare sites across the Home Counties, you will be responsible for carrying out various Water Hygiene duties including but not limited to TMV servicing, CWST inspection, cleans and disinfections, calorifier inspections and blowdowns, water sampling and temperature monitoring. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must hold a full licence and be able to travel and stay away in line with company / client requirements.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: St Albans, Hertford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Oxford, High Wycombe, Reading, Witney, Bicester, Biship Stortford, Stevenage, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Bedford, Northampton, Wellingborough, Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella Company (Essential)
” Knowledgeable in relevant Health & Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Familiar using industry relevant systems.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Able to communicate efficiently (Written and verbal)

The Role:
” Carrying out TMV servicing and failsafe’s.
” CWST inspections, cleaning, and disinfections.
” Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Calorifier inspections and blowdowns.
” Working predominantly on Healthcare and Commercial sites alongside, Local Authority, Leisure, and Government sites.
” Working in line with ACoP L8 / Health & Safety Guidelines.
” Using PDA on site to collect information to produce reports.
” Professionally liaising with clients.
