Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

Industry leading Water / Air Hygiene company, with a strong presence in the Midlands region. They are now looking for a committed and hard-working Water Hygiene Engineer to cover Healthcare, Leisure, Educational and Food & Beverage sites. You will be undertaking the full range of legionella compliance duties including; temperature monitoring on hot and cold-water systems, descaling and disinfection of showerheads / hoses and TMV servicing. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
” Excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Familiar with updating onsite logbooks.
” Able to communicate and mange time efficiently.

The Role:
” Temperature monitoring on both hot and cold-water systems.
” Water sampling.
” Showerhead and hose descaling and disinfections.
” TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
” Carrying out inspections of hot and cold-water storage tanks.
” RPZ valve servicing and maintenance.
” Ensuring onsite logbooks are kept up to date and accurate.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines.
” Ensuring to maintain excellent professional relationships with clients.
