Job Title: Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator
Location: Walsall, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £19k – £27k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator through to Lead Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator

Profile: Our client is a multi-disciplined Environmental Company who cover work on Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, Educational and Social Housing sites. They are now seeking to recruit an organised and motived Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator based in and around the Walsall area. The successful candidate will have experience working within the Water Hygiene industry and will have experience scheduling engineers, booking in water treatment works, raising invoices and purchase orders as well as working closely with managers and customers.

Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Dudley, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Halesowen, Cannock, Telford, Stourbridge.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working within an administrative role, ideally within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry.
” Able to organise workload efficiently, in line with company needs and will have a keen eye for detail.
” Will have excellent communication skills, Written and verbal.
” Will have excellent IT skills.

The Role:
” Booking in and organising all Water Treatment, Legionella and Remedial works,
” Using internal databases, entering data accurately and checking reports.
” Scheduling in work for site staff.
” Providing support to manager / colleagues / clients.
” Raising invoices, purchase orders when required.
” Creating schematic drawings using specialised software.
” Liaising with client, dealing with any issued efficiently.
” Carrying out other day-to-day administration duties such as scanning and filing.
