Job Description

Job Title: Water Hygiene Technician.
Location: St Albans, North London.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a customer-focused Water Hygiene / Legionella company. They are now looking to recruit an ambitious Water Hygiene Technician to join their successful team in the South East. You will be working on Commercial and Domestic properties, ensuring they are in compliance with relevant ACoP L8 guidelines. Carrying out various water hygiene duties such as water sampling, temperature monitoring and cleaning and chlorinating of CWSTs. In return our client can offer further training and career progression.
Consideration will be given to candidate from: Cheshunt, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Harlow, Stevenage, Hertford, Bishop Stortford, Brentwood, Aylesbury, Basildon, Chelmsford, Saffron Walden, Braintree, Colchester.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry.
” Able to work to HSG / ACoP L8 Guidelines.
” Able to use PDA to produce reports.
” Will be professional at all times on site.

Carrying out Legionella Compliance duties across Commercial and Domestic sites including:
” Routine temperature monitoring.
” Water sampling.
” TMV servicing.
” Showerhead descales.
” Cleaning and chlorination of CWST.
” Tank inspections.
” Calorifier and hot water cylinder servicing.
” Expansion vessel services.
” Cleaning and descaling of calorifiers.
” Continuing to build professional relationships with clients.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with ACoP L8 guidelines.
