Job Title: Water Treatment Account Manager
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £35k – £50k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Account Manager through to Lead Water Treatment Account Manager

Established Environmental firm with a successful Water Treatment Department seek to employ a commercially focused Water Treatment Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing a portfolio of Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System Accounts for Food / Beverage, Manufacturing and Heavy Industry clients across the South and London. The ability to manage own work schedule, meet client expectations and upsell remaining services whilst remaining hands on, carrying out weekly/ monthly sampling and analysis of industrial water systems is essential to the role.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a proven track record working within an established Water Treatment company as an Account Manager.
” Will have strong technical and chemical background.
” Holding a chemistry related qualification would be beneficial to the role.
” Will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HSG / ACoP L8 Guidelines.
” Proficient computer skills.

The Role:
” Service and oversee Steam Boiler, Closed System and Cooling Tower accounts for Food/ Beverage, Manufacturing and Heavy Industry clients.
” Carry out weekly/ monthly sampling and analysis of water systems and use on site test kits.
” Analysis and dosing of LTHW and CHW systems.
” Producing service reports and advising on system productivity and cost effective solutions.
” Identifying commercial opportunities within existing accounts and upselling remaining services.
” Attending client review and update meetings.
” Ensuring to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
