Due to present state of the business, this top player within the water treatment industry is actively seeking to recruit a high calibre, self-motivated and commercially focused Water Treatment Accounts Manager in the North West and will include applications from Liverpool, Blackburn, Preston and the surrounding areas.

Must have good formal education.

Must come from a strong technical, chemical, accounts, operational, business development, sales, contracts and management background.

Must have excellent communication, client facing, presentation, organisational, leadership and people management skills.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must be well versed with the water treatment industry legislation.

Must have hands on water treatment industry experience, including Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers and Closed systems.

Must have a proven track record working within this role and within the water treatment parameter.

Key Tasks:

Managing and maintaining the company’s diverse portfolio of existing and new accounts.

Scheduling workloads and inspection and ensuring that water treatment engineers meet the demands of the customers appropriately and at the same time comply with water legislation.

Ensuring that the Water Treatment Engineers carry out the work in a cost effective manner and at the same time comply with the Health & Safety regulation.

Updating the clients with progress reports.

Using the Database effectively.

Preparing quotations.

Getting involved Key Performance Indicators.

Conducting chemical analysis on steam boilers and cooling towers, interpretation of results, maintenance and installation of chemical dosing systems.

Providing technical advice to clients from all levels.

Visiting sites and dealing with any issues appropriately and effectively.

Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.

Collating and preparing comprehensive reports.
