Job Description

Our client is a forward thinking and fast growing water treatment company providing a wide range of services for clients nationwide. Due to the expansion of the business they are now looking for an experienced and motivated Water Treatment Sales/Accounts Manager to join their team in the South East region. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a portfolio of steam boiler, cooling tower and closed system accounts. They must also hold a strong technical knowledge and have the ability to liaise with clients to up-sell further water treatment works, when necessary. Consideration will be given to applications from London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Will come from a solid chemical/industrial/sales/accounts and management background.
Extensive experience in water treatment sales/accounts role essential.
Have hands on experience carrying out the analysis of water on steam boilers, cooling towers and closed systems.
A good working knowledge of the water hygiene/treatment industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent in using the Microsoft office package.

Responsibilities:

Resourcing and securing new contracts.
Cross selling a broad range of services (industrial and chemical) to a variety of clients.
Manage and develop new and existing accounts.
Achieving targets and goals.
Establish and maintain a solid, professional relationship with the company’s clients.
The ability to help the company grow and prosper within the water industry.
Oversee the sales and accounts team.
Get involved with Key Performance Indicators.
Management of cooling towers, steam boilers, hot and cold water systems.
Dealing with tenders, quotations and estimates.
