Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer
Location: Guilford, Surrey.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Water Treatment Engineer through to Water Treatment Supervisor.

A steady and reputable Water Treatment company who take pride in providing high quality Water Treatment / Water Hygiene Services to Commercial, Industrial and Local Authority sites. They are now in the market for a Water Treatment Engineer to cover contracts in the South East region. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out various Water Treatment services for a mixed portfolio of clients. Our client is passionate about continuously developing employee’s knowledge and experience so further structured training can be offered in return to the successful candidate.

Consideration will be given to candidate from: Woking, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Epsom, Croydon, Maidstone, Chatham, Dartford, Gillingham, Gravesend, Dartford, Basildon Southend-on-sea, Brentwood, Chelmsford.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will come from a strong Water Treatment background, working for a reputable company.
” Familiar with carrying out closed system analysis.
” Excellent professional manner, able to communicate efficiently.
” Well versed in relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Confident in using PDA system.

The Role:
” Carrying out work on LTHW, chilled systems and cooling towers.
” Undertaking closed system analysis.
” TVC Sampling.
” Tank Inspections.
” Cleaning and chlorination on cold water storage tanks.
” Dosing systems with required chemicals.
” Maintaining chlorine dioxide systems.
” TMV servicing and failsafe.
” Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” Reading and working from schematics.
” Working in accordance with relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Liaising with clients, providing technical support and advice when required.
