Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to work for them in their successful and expanding Water Treatment company as a Legionella Operations Manager based in the Yorkshire region. Applications will be considered from North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have good educational , technical, water treatment/hygiene, legionella, operational and managerial background.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft office package.
Experience in this type of role essential.

Role and Responsibilities:

Managing and developing the department and staff.
Acquiring and managing new clients and dealing with existing ones.
Overseeing staff and building a successful team.
Managing the operations side of the business including site/client visits.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety legislation.
Staff recruitment and training to company and industry standards.
Dealing with paperwork including tenders and quotations, etc.
Liaising with clients on a regular basis.

Overall, the successful candidate will be focused, with good attention to detail and the ability to run the business effectively.
