Due to expansion and business requirement, our client, one of the top players in the water treatment/water hygiene market is currently seeking for and ambitious and self-driven Water Hygiene Operations Manager to work for them in West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate must come from a strong technical/chemical/operational/sales and management background and must have proven track record working within this role and within the water treatment/water hygiene industry – a thorough knowledge of the water treatment industry would be required for this role.

Principal Role:

The role will entail management duties – managing the staff – training and developing the staff, setting up management systems.

Managing staff and consultants on site and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety procedures.

Running contracts and coordinating – providing quotations and tenders to the highest level.

Ensuring that targets are achieved – profit and loss.

Liaising with clients from all levels.

Developing new business leads.
